<Abstract>

A Class DE amplifier is the amplifier which can achieve high efficiency movement under number of the high frequencies movement, and application to various fields is expected. In a conventional study, linear sex of shunt capacitance was assumed, and it has been analyzed. However, as for shunt capacitance, it becomes important that shunt capacitance considers a nonlinearity when I thought about the number of the high frequencies of movement frequency so that parasitism capacity of MOSFET becomes dominant. About Class DE amplifier that considered a nonlinearity of shunt capacitance, the movement analysis was already performed, but design-style derivation is not yet done. I derive a design type of the Class DE amplifier that considered a nonlinearity of a capacitor by this report theoretically. With the wave pattern expression that is already found analytically, I derive a design type through Fourier analysis from there. When I gave movement frequency, the input voltage, the output voltage, built-in electrical current potential of MOSFET as design specifications as one of the important results of this study, that I make clear that a nonlinearity of shunt capacitance does not have an influence on a design of a resonance circuit is given.
