Class DE-E dc/dc converter, which is one of the high-efficiency power sources, has ability to operate at MHz order with high power conversion efficiency. However, We have to need many assumptions in order to design class DE-E dc/dc converter. This paper presents a novel design procedure for class DE-E dc/dc converter. It is possible to design class DE-E dc/dc converters under any conditions. Our design procedure consists of Runge-Kutta method and Newton method. By using these methods, we can derive the values of elements numerically. We give the design and the performance curves of class DE-E dc/dc converter and discuss about them. By carrying out the circuit experiments, we show the validity of the proposed design procedure.
