<Abstract>

This manuscript presents throughput analysis for IEEE 802.11e wireless multi-hop networks in the presence of hidden nodes taking into account backoff-based priority differentiation. String network topology is investigated and the end-to-end throughputs of high and low priority flows are obtained analytically. Priority differentiations are realized by the EDCA (Enhanced Disributed Channel Access) parameters among access categories(ACs). The analytical results express the difference of CWmin and CWmax among ACs. The validities of the analytical expressions are confirmed from the quantitative agreements between the analytical and simulation results.
