<Abstract>

Wi-Fi is nowadays recognized as one of the most popular technologies in our life. It is increasingly common that Wi-Fi clients see multiple accessible access points. This leads to a demand of simultaneous association with the accessible APs. Therefore, Multipath TCP(MPTCP) on the virtual Wi-Fi system was presented. MPTCP defines many kinds of uncoupled congestion controls and four kinds of coupled ones. However, performance of the coupled congestion control depends on the implemented system and environment. In related works, MPTCP congestion control performance was evaluated in DASH systems , NorNet testbed and so on. In this paper, we evaluate performance of MPTCP congestion controls in virtual Wi-Fi system.
