<Abstract>

This paper presents a load-independent two-hop and two-output wireless power transfer (WPT) system for the robot-arm application. The proposed WPT system transmits a power from the load-independent class-E inverter with series-resonant filter. Additionally, the power is received through the parallel resonant filter and the voltage-driven rectifier rectifies the AC voltage to DC one. As a result, the proposed WPT system achieves the constant output voltages and the soft switching against load variations. The optimal design procedure for the proposed system is given. The circuit experiment proved the validity of the proposed design method. The experimental prototype achieved 81.6 % power-delivery efficiency at 6.78 MHz and 19.2 W output voltage.
