<Abstract>

In future networks after 5G, highly diversified Quality of Service (QoS) requirements are expected to increase along with the increase in services requiring high bandwidth and low latency. Our previous system called IQF based on Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Virtual Currency IOTA was a prepaid system that could provide flexible QoS. However, it did not have a refund against failure to provision QoS due to irregular traffic growth or congestion in the wireless network, which could be disadvantageous to users. Therefore, in this paper, we propose and evaluate a system that extends IQF and allows refunds when necessary.
