Numerical@Optimization@for@Capacitive Power Transfer System with Robustness to Load Variations and Capacitor Plate Misalignment <Abstract> This paper proposes a numerical optimization design for a capacitive power transfer (CPT) system that is robust against load variations and misalignment of coupling capacitors. The proposed design strategy formulates CPT design as an optimization problem, achieving constant current (CC) and high power-delivery efficiency under load variations and misalignment through numerical calculations. The proposed optimization parameters include the duty ratio of the buck converter, enabling simultaneous regulation of output current and efficiency. As a result, the designed CPT system achieves high power-delivery efficiency and CC under load variations and coupling capacitor misalignment. Numerical results validate the effectiveness of the proposed design method. |
