<Abstract>

This paper proposes the class-E zero-voltage switching (ZVS) inverter for a wireless power transfer (WPT) system. This system achieves ZVS and the constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) outputs against load variations and coil misalignment. The waveforms and design equations of the proposed system are shown. The experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed inverter and the validity of the analytical equations.
