<Abstract>

This paper presents an isolated class-E switching converter with high-frequency high-efficiency operation for low-voltage/high-current output applications. In the proposed converter, two class-E isolated dc/dc converters are connected in parallel at the output filter of the rectifier. By applying the interleaving technique and regulating turn ratio of the combining transformers, the proposed converter is suitable for the low-voltage/high-current applications. Moreover, this converter achieves electric safety because of the isolation between the inverters and the rectifiers. By carrying out the circuit experiments, we show that the experimental waveforms agree with numerical ones quantitatively.
