<Abstract>

This paper presents an analytical expressions for the class-DE amplifier designs at any switch-on duty ratio, taking into account the nonlinear MOSFET drain-source parasitic capacitances. A design example along with PSPICE-simulation and experimental results indicate the validity of our analysis.
