The obtained expressions consider harmonic components of current and MOSFET anti-parallel diode effects. As a result, it is possible to derive accurate waveforms with low calculation cost. Experimental waveforms are agreed with the analytical ones quantitatively, which showed the validity of the analytical expressions. |
