Analysis and design of phase-controlled
class-D ZVS inverter <Abstract> This paper presents a design of phase shift-controlled class-D ZVS inverter by the steady-state analytical expression. With the expressions of the MOSFET body diode effects and harmonic components of resonant currents, the design values, which let the inverters achieve zero-voltage switching continuously in the controlled range are derived. The validity of the design was confirmed by experiment results. |
