<Abstract>

This paper proposes a high-frequency resonant SiC driver for the class-D amplifier. By adopting transformer at the resonant filter, both the source gating and floating MOSFETs can be driven. In additionally, by applying the class-E zero-voltage switching and zero-derivative switching (ZVS/ZDS) conditions, the proposed driver achieves soft-switching at high frequencies. Analysis and design example of the proposed driver are presented.
