<Abstract>

This paper proposes a load-independent class-E |1 inverter. By deriving the circuit operation with its analysis, this paper proves that there is a condition for the load-independent characteristic and proposes the designed method. The load-independent class-E |1 inverter can always maintain constant-output voltage and zero-current switching (ZCS). The reason for keeping constant-output voltage is explained with its analytical expressions. The effectiveness of the load-in- dependent class-E |1 inverter were confirmed with experimental results which showed high accuracy of constant-output voltage and keeping ZCS condition.
