<Abstract>

This paper presents a load independent wireless power transfer (WPT) system for the multi-receivers such as various power rating motors in a robot arm. The proposed WPT system consists of the single load-independent class-E inverter with LCC filters and multi-receivers with the class-D rectifier and the series resonant tank. In this system, the output power can be individually designed according to the circuit parameter of the LCC filter, so it is possible to use the common receiving coil in all receivers. Therefore, this system achieves the ZVS and the constant output voltage at wide range load variations using the load-independent class-E inverter with the LCC filter. The circuit experiment proved the validity of the proposed designed system. The experimental prototype achieved 86 % power-delivery efficiency at 6.78 MHz operating frequency and 22 V / 24.5 V output voltage.
