<Abstract>

Wireless Brain-Inspired Computing (WiBIC) integrates Spiking Neural Network (SNN) with IoT network to enable decentralized, serverless learning. Operant conditioning (OC) is a fundamental form of voluntary learning in biological organisms. The implementation of OC is known as a fundamental challenge in biomimetic systems. We implement the OC mechanism using WiBIC. By employing a learning mechanism that adjusts synaptic weights based on Modulated Spike-Timing Dependent Plasticity (MSTDP), the system enables adaptive behavior learning through a distributed neural network operating over a wireless network. Experimental result shows that WiBIC can acquire biologically inspired voluntary learning capabilities.
