Energy efficiency of code multi-level modulation-used wireless random access network <Abstract> This paper presents the energy efficiency of the CSKemployed wireless random access network. The energy consumption is derived theoretically. Then the energy consumption of CSK random access system is evaluated. The CSK random access system is compared with the conventional DS/SS random access system. Consequently, it is found that the CSK random access system reduces the energy consumption without degrading the throughput performance. |
