<Abstract>

It is important to analyze the maximum throughput in the IEEE 802.11 multi-hop networks quantitatively. Multi-hop network is complex because each node works individually in the network. This paper presents analytical method for maximum UDP throughput in the wireless multi-hop network with one-way flow using Markov Chain model. This paper considers the condition that all node in the network can sense each other. The comparisons among the analytical and simulation results prove the validity of the presented analytical expressions.
