<Abstract>

The Internet of Things (IoT) device typically needs to send data to the cloud, which is a server on the Internet for IoT applications. When the number of IoT devices increases, the communication cost becomes high if the IoT communicates with the server directly. Therefore, first, it is necessary to provide an IoT access point or IoT router to reduce the cost. Second, the router, which is an IoT device with limited resources, needs to provide sufficient bandwidth. This paper introduces an implementation of Multipath TCP (MPTCP) router on Raspberry 3. We then conduct the evaluation using iperf3 between raspberry pi and a private server to show its efficiency.
